Situated on the beachfront, Licorna Beach Vakansie Woonstel 2 offers comfortably furnished self-catering accommodation for 6 people in Umhlanga.
The duplex apartment is located in the front of the complex. Air-conditioned throughout, the apartment comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor, and a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge on the ground floor.
The main bedroom opens onto a small balcony and is furnished with a queen-size bed. The room also has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a bath, and a toilet. The other 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds, and share the use of a bathroom with a bath, basin and a toilet. A guest toilet is also available on the ground floor. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the 6-seater dining table.
Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels, and opens onto the patio and lovely garden.
The complex offers direct access to the beach, and guests have access to the communal swimming pool, braai area, and laundry facilities. Secure parking is provided, and a security guard keeps a watchful eye. The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and public holidays, and unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
Umhlanga offers beautiful beaches for shell searching, surfing, snorkelling, scuba diving, paddle-boarding, view the annual Sardine Run between May and July, as well as various golf courses and hiking trails. Guests can visit attractions such as the Umhlanga Lagoon Nature Reserve, the indigenous woodland of Hawaan Forest, the Beachwood Mangrove Nature Reserve, the Gateway Theatre of Shopping, the Umhlanga lighthouse, the Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom, and the various restaurants, pubs and shopping centres.
