The accommodation is 400 m from the ocean and has 3 sunny, neat, spacious units called the Pampoentjie with sea view and, Bloublasie, as well as Seeperdjie. The property has an inverter, solar panels, and gas geysers and is not affected by load shedding.

Pampoentjie comprises 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child. The main bedroom and second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a child-only bed for 1 in the lounge area. Both rooms share a bathroom which comes fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.

Bloublasie comprises 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, the second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a child-only bed for 1 in the lounge area. Both rooms share a bathroom which comes fitted with a shower, a bath, basin and toilet.

Each unit has a private entrance, an open-plan living area and a kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, a microwave, a stove, an oven, crockery and cutlery.
