We do not accommodate guests for self isolation or self quarantine purposes
A face mask is required in order to gain access to the premises
Check in time 14:00 – 21:00
Checkout time is by 10:00. Late checkout is charged at R100-00 per hour
Quiet Hours are from 23:00 – 09:00 the next morning.
No parties, loud music, drunk or loud behavior are allowed at anytime while at the guest house
No speakers or boom boxes are allowed. Please do not bring them as you will have to leave them in reception until you leave
No guests may hang around and make noise outside the property
Visitors are not allowed
Swimming is at your own risk. There are no lifeguards on duty. Children need to be supervised by their parents
No illegal substance abuse will be tolerated on the premises.
Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms. Burning of incense is also not allowed. A cleaning fee of R1500-00 will apply should this not be adhered to
Occupants will be held personally liable for any negligent or intentional damage to the leased suite, linen, electrical appliances, equipment or premises, as result of the occupant’s or visitor’s actions
We do not accommodate children under the age of 8
No cooking in the rooms unless you have a self-catering unit with the available facilities. Occupants may use the kitchen at any time
No refunds are made after check in. In the event that a refund is agreed upon, it may take up to 7 working days to process.
Management reserves the right to remove or deny occupant access to the premises in the event of breach of the above rules of conduct, without reserve. Should the guest be requested to leave the premises due to breach of house rules, no refund will be given for any remaining days that are booked
Disclaimer
The proprietor, management and staff, shall not be liable for any injury or loss in respect of any guest or any other person on these premises, arising from any cause whatsoever, including theft or negligence.
