Description

Linden Terrace 2 is a self-catering holiday apartment located in Ramsgate and offers uninterrupted views of the sea and tidal pool in the rocks just 80 metres away. It is situated on the 2nd floor of this well maintained terraced building.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The lounge and all 3 bedrooms have glass and aluminium sliding doors leading out onto a large tiled patio, partially undercover, on the sea-facing side.

The main bedroom contains 2 single beds pushed together to form a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. This room also features a TV with full satellite channels. The second bedroom contains a double bed while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble dryer. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels, DVD player as well as a ceiling fan.

The patio furniture includes a table, patio chairs and a Weber braai. There is a lockup garage and additional secure parking within a walled and gated courtyard. The unit is also fitted with an alarm, linked to an armed response company. Bed linen is provided, just bring your own towels.
