House Rules
- Check-in time is from 14:00 - 17:00 on the day of arrival and check-out time is 11:00 on the last day of your stay (unless agreed otherwise by prior arrangement).
- Linhof Boutique Guest House reserves the right to cancel and refund accommodation for reasons beyond our control and not due to our negligence.
- No pets allowed.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. A booking will only be confirmed once the full deposit amount has been received by Linhof Boutique Guesthouse. The deposit is to be paid within 48 hours of making the initial booking. Failing this will result in the provisional booking being cancelled.
- The balance is payable by electronic fund transfer or credit card on or prior to arrival. For direct deposits or electronic fund transfer for paying the balance, other banking details will be provided.
- Upon paying the deposit, the guest acknowledges their acceptance and understanding of the standard terms and conditions of Linhof Boutique Guest House.
- No keys will be handed over until the full outstanding balance has been paid prior to or on arrival.
- No parties of any sort are permitted at the establishment.
- No smoking is permitted in the rooms. In case of noncompliance, the establishment reserves the right to charge an extra night's stay for cleaning and airing the room. Burn damages to linen, carpets etc, will carry a charge. Designated smoking areas are outside.
- Guests are expected to look after the keys responsibly. A charge will be made for lost keys. Guests must hand in their keys at the reception before departing.
- All cars are parked at the owner's risk.
- Damages to items belonging to the guest house due to willful negligence or deliberate misuse resulting in a replacement, cleaning, repair being carried out. The establishment reserves the right to charge for all and any costs incurred by charging the credit card given to secure the booking, without prior consent being required.
- Guests have access to the guesthouse at all times upon obtaining your keys. However, as a courtesy to other guests, no disturbance or loud noise from 22:00.
- Safeguarding valuables is the guests' responsibility,and lock-up safes are available.
- All guests consent to the jurisdiction of the Vredenburg Magistrates Court in the event of any litigation that may result from this agreement. Linhof Boutique Guest House legal costs will be charged as an attorney and own client costs.
- Please note that items left behind by the guest must be collected or arrangements made for delivery at guests' own cost within one month of departure. Thereafter all goods will be donated to a worthy cause at the discretion of Linhof Boutique Guest House, as they do not have the storage facilities for keeping goods indefinitely.
