Description

Little 13 Mill Street is a quaint self-catering apartment located next to the owners property in a quiet spot in McGregor. The apartment has its own private entrance and is very secure.

The air-conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests and comprises an open-plan bedroom and lounge area, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed with side lamps and plugs for cell phones. The lounge area has a couch and 2 chairs and there is a flat-screen TV for Netflix. There is wardrobe space with a built-in safe for your valuables. Broadband Wi-Fi is available. Off the lounge is a small balcony overlooking a grassland where you will undoubtedly see cows munching away; it is the ideal spot for that morning tea or coffee or evening sundowners.

The kitchenette is fitted with a microwave, cutlery and crockery, toaster, egg boiler, refrigerator and kettle. Starter tea, coffee, milk and sugar are supplied. Off the kitchenette is the bathroom which contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

All doors are covered by wooden shutters. The owners are next door if any help is needed. Parking is available on the premises.
