Little Sister's is located in the beautiful Sunday River Village of Colchester, 40 km East of the city of Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). It is located on the banks of the Sundays River, about 800 m from the Addo National Elephant Park's new South Gate entrance, Camp Matylholweni. Little Sister's Self-Care Unit was created with organic and sustainable life in mind, with the dream to live well, free and healthy.

Little Sister's is a fully equipped, self-catering unit comprising a double-storey house with the living room on the ground floor and the spacious bedroom upstairs, which leads onto a wooden deck. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and 2 single beds. The living room is equipped with a kitchen, dining table and double sofa beds. It also features a flat-screen TV. The unit can accommodate 6 guests at a time.

It has a private, outdoor braai area, a private entrance and covered parking behind a lockable gate. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi during their stay.

Little Sister's boasts an organic vegetable garden which guests are welcome to during their stay. The house is 200 m from the beautiful Sundays River and guests are welcome to make use of the kayaks at the house for fishing, swimming or a romantic sundowner.

For boat and fishing enthusiasts, guests have access to Little Sister's jetty to keep their boats, fish off of or to have a beverage while enjoying the sunset. The Sundays River fishing is excellent throughout the year, with Spotted Grunter and Silver Kob being the main fishing species in the river.

Activities in the area include mountain biking, dune boarding, 4-wheel motorcycles, kayaking, self-drive game drives with a tour guide in the Addo National Elephant Park, boat cruises on the Sundays River, ziplining at Addo Adrenaline as well as top South African National and Private Game Reserves in the area.
