Living The Breede - Coetzer House is a cosy and laid back thatched Cape Dutch-style self-catering holiday home set on the edge of the river in Malagas. Malagas is a settlement on the banks of the Breede River framed by the Potberg Mountain range, 30 km south-east of Swellendam and 280 km or a 2 and a half hour drive from Cape Town. This home is the perfect place to unwind in nature and experience the best of the Breede River; located in a gated security estate, the interior has a relaxed and welcoming feel.

The house contains 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The third bedroom contains a tri-bunk bed with a double bed bottom-bunk and a single bed top-bunk, ideal for 2 adults and a child. The bathroom contains a corner bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The fourth bedroom is an outside room that contains a queen-size bed and a bunk bed ideal for 2 children, and its own shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge contains comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a TV. Outside, there is a large patio with outdoor dining furniture and a braai facility as well as a large private garden with unobstructed views of the river. The house has its own jetty.
