Living Water is a self-catering apartment with everything you could want when booking a seaside getaway; waterfront location with direct access to the bay, breathtaking ocean and sunset views, uncluttered open spaces, and quality finishes and amenities.

This first-floor apartment is ideally suited for a couple but may be extended to include an extra ground-floor room to accommodate an additional 3 guests (the 3rd bed is a short bed, and can sleep a person up to 1.5m) The apartment is joined to the owner's home but has private access.

Jean, the owner, planned and designed the dream home with great care and you will see the unique stamp in the beautifully reclaimed Oregon pine doors, handmade and antique lights and unique finishes. Vintage, classic and modern styles are combined to create a warm, homely atmosphere.

The main apartment is situated on the first floor and accessed via an outside staircase. The fully equipped vibrant kitchenette ‘Cafe Cubana’ with its red refrigerator, will allow creative cooks to enjoy this space thoroughly. A microwave, 2-plate stove and oven, and a washing machine is included. Starter tea, coffee and rusks, and dishwashing cloths are provided.

Guests are assured of superb rest in the large open-plan room's king-size bed, fitted with feather-down duvet, luxury percale linen and bath towels. Choose between a soaking bath or refreshing shower-with-a-view. Double glass doors open onto a large balcony with patio table and chairs from where guests can drink in breathtaking bay and sea views and hear the waves rumble at night.

Although guests have access to the whole unit, the ground-floor room is only prepared when a booking for more than 2 guests are made. This room is connected to the first with an indoor staircase exiting into the kitchenette. Guests in this room may choose between 2 single beds or a king-size bed and a 3rd bed that can sleep a child of up to 1.5m comfortably (bed is 1.87m long). This room is fitted with a large, open-plan glass shower, basin and separate toilet. It opens onto a patio and lawn with outdoor braai facilities from where exquisite sea views can be enjoyed or the beach accessed through a garden gate.

House has solar power installed and is not affected by loadshedding. Wi-Fi is available. Guests also have access to a double and single kayak, oars and life vests to explore the bay.
