Jan was altyd beskikbaar om te help, nie dat ek hulp nodig gehad het nie. Alles is in die lodge. Bring net 'n tandeborsel. Silwer skoon, alles werk en spierwit beddegoed, wat net bewys alles word 100% skoon gehou.

Uitstekende diens. Heerlike verblyf.

Chartè het uit haar pad gegaan om seker te maak ons bespreking is so pynloos as moontlik.

Gemaklik en netjies.

As 'n voorstel kan daar miskien "rechargeable" lampies wees sodat 'n mens nie in die gietdonker sit tydens loadshedding nie.

Baie gemaklik en netjies.

Geen WiFi was beskikbaar soos per beskrywing op die webblad. Die eienaar kan dalk herlaaibare ligte of sonliggies oorweeg vir gebruik tydens beurtkrag.

Great place, great view.

The place is clean, got a great view, could not log on to the WiFi, the DStv was switched off by the owner and the reception said on their system DStv was not available in that lodge, you need to remove satellite tv available from your advert for the lodge. I would not recommend the restaurant at Pinnacle Point, the service is terrible, got served 2 different wines that were both off, did not have everything on the menu.

Not the quiet, peaceful holiday we anticipated at all.

The visit was not restful at all. Construction of a new house right opposite Lodge 33 is taking place and except for the weekend, we had to endure terrible noise from around 07:00 to 17:00 each and every day. We strongly feel the website and the owner had an obligation to inform us about this, in which was we would not have made the booking. The advert indicated that there was a dishwasher in the unit, however a sign in the kitchen indicated that the dishwasher was for the owner's use only! Secondly the housekeeping service was appalling. Fresh towels were not supplied as indicated. We had to contact the owner for a response. The housekeeping staff is not competent at all. Dishes were not washed properly - just rinsed under the running tap! No concern for the desperate water shortage in that area! Wall to wall carpets were not vacuumed, but swept with a broom creating a lot of dust. These are just a few examples.

5-star experience all around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lodge 33. The unit was deep cleaned on a daily basis and was well-equipped with all the necessities which a family would require. The unit is spacious with magnificent sea-views. We will most definitely make use of this unit again in the near future.

Baie skoon en netjiese verblyf in 'n rustige omgewing met uitstekende uitsig.

Die eenheid is baie skoon, netjies en bied alles wat nodig is aan gaste. Diens op die landgoed is oraloor uitstekend. Ons was al voorheen op die landgoed en dit is goed om te sien dit word baie goed onderhou - sal vir seker weer gaan!

Wonderlike akkommodasie.

Pragtige see-uitsig en alles wat nodig is om verblyf aangenaam te maak. Warm duvets en linne perfek vir die koue aande! Groot leefarea en kamers.

Fantasties.

Regtig 'n wonderlike plekkie, rustig, gesellig, goed toerus. Pragtige omgewing.
