Dit is met groot teleurstelling dat jou aand by Lord Grey vir jou onaangenaam was.
Ek het gister met my dame gepraat en sy het het verduidelik dat sy wel klub aanbeveel het vir ete. Ek was glad nie bewus dat u aanvraag gemaak het vir aandete voor die tyd nie. Daar was beslis genoeg tyd en ons kon beslis dit akkommodeer. Maar dat sy aanbevelings gemaak het is wel waar.
Met betrekking tot die Wi-Fi wagwoord, dit is teen die muur van die leef vertrek vir almal beskikbaar te alle tye. Weereens vra ek om verskoning dat dit nie pertinent uitgewys is vir julle nie.

Got there around 2:30pm and asked for dinner and breakfast. We were told around 4pm that we were too late to order dinner but could go next door for dinner. Later we were told that the place next door was closed. We then had to drive around to look for a place for dinner. Luckily was able to get dinner at the club.
