Love and Light is a delightful, self-catering home, North-west facing in secure Cannon Island Villas Estate, just 500 m from Sunrise Beach in Muizenberg. Within a 5 km radius you will find shops, restaurants, flea markets, Earth Food markets, craft markets, wine tastings, golfing, gym, pharmacies and other amenities.
Love and Light can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin. This room has sliding doors opening to the private patio and outdoor area. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin. There is a couch in the lounge.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a fridge, and a microwave, and the entertainment area is furnished with comfortable seating. Love and Light has a private garden and a swimming pool area with outdoor furniture. Secure parking is provided on the premises.
The Cannon Island Villas Estate is access controlled with 24-hour CCTV cameras. There is a recreational park on the estate which is ideal for safe cycling, walking, jogging, and running.
Guests can enjoy surfing, cycling, hiking, wine tasting and horse riding in the surrounding area.
Prepaid electricity is supplied based on the average weekly use, and consumables are provided for short term stays only. Guests are required to replenish as required thereafter.
Vodacom and Octotel Wireless Fibre Optic Points on premises and guests are advised to prearrange with their ISP should they wish to connect to the points.
Bedding and towels are not provided, but are available at an additional fee.
