Luxury Witsand 706 is a beautiful apartment located in a beachfront complex in Bloubergrant, boasting panoramic ocean views with Table Mountain in the background. The property has an inverter that powers emergency lights, TV, Wi-Fi, desktop remote working monitors, and some kitchen appliances. The bedside lamps have rechargeable bulbs.
This spacious and tastefully decorated apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 ocean-view bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, flatscreen TV and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower with 2 showerheads. The second bedroom has 2 extra-length single beds and makes use of the second bathroom fitted with a bath a shower and twin basins. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan main living area features a kitchen and a lounge space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge also has a double sleeper couch as well as a flat-screen Smart TV.
