Description

Mafari Beach House is a fully equipped holiday home located in Sandbaai, situated on the seafront where the soothing sound of waves rushing to the undisturbed shoreline, fills the entire house.

The spacious house can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. All linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and all crockery and cutlery.

The first floor features 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, working space and a gas fireplace. The second bedroom features two single beds and a baby cot. Both bedrooms are carpeted and have built-in cupboards. The upstairs bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath and washbasin available. The upstairs living area with two lounge areas has one gas, one wood fire fireplace and built-in braai. The first floor also has a fully equipped kitchen, large glass sliding doors and large patio with build-in braai. There are beautiful sea views from the lounge area.

The lower level has 3 bedrooms of which one is en-suite, each room comprises a king-size bed that can be converted to single beds. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards and are carpeted. The separate bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower and washbasin. The downstairs area is large with kitchenette and small lounge. Sliding doors open up to the large backyard with splash pool. Braai facilities available in backyard with shelter from the weather. The double garage has a door leading into the downstairs area.

The house also comes equipped with a large games room with Pool table, table tennis and dartboard. The lounge areas are fitted with a TV and DStv.

The patio features a table with patio furniture and a built-in braai area. A spacious back yard, with a splash pool and a big wooden table under the trees, provides privacy and also protection in case of bad weather at the beach. A double lock-up garage is provided for parking.
