Description

Mallorca 41 is a lovely, self-catering apartment on the ground floor which is situated in the secure and tranquil Mallorca complex in Umdloti, just across the road from the beach.

This comfortable, duplex apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the second bedroom has a bunk bed set.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge, freezer, stove and oven. The dining area is equipped with a 6-seater dining table while the lounge offers a ceiling fan and a TV with selected DStv channels.

Guests have access to a patio with braai facilities, lush gardens, and a large, communal swimming pool with braai area. Secure parking is also provided.
