Ons het baie lekker gebly en ontspan. Die huis en woonstel het alles wat mens nodig het. Ons sal definitief weer by die akkommodasie kom bly. Baie naby aan die viswaters en die uitsig is rustig. Daar is genoeg parkering vir almal se voertuie.

Everything was super, we enjoyed it a lot, except for the pool that needed maintenance.

Super well equipped with random things you forgot. Was just what we needed and more. Only suggestion is an aircon in upstairs room and flatlet.

Was very nice, except for the problem with providing toilet paper.

Rather also inform the guests to bring toilet paper, since the shops are far if you don't have a car. We had to ask the neighbours to assist us. Also suggest that all Uber/Bolts work that side, because we couldn't move that much due to the fact that we don't have transport.

Value for money with perfect location, excellent host.

Nice place with all the basics, very good for fishing, relaxing and family breakaway.

Perfect weekend getaway spot for group of 10.

A gorgeously decorated and perfectly equipped weekend getaway home on the banks of the Vaal Dam. Perfect for a group of friends, or family (including cottage on the premises for the in-laws) complete with swimming pool and great braai area. Really and truly a beautiful spot at an affordable price. Will be back asap.

Fantastic place and location.

Awesome place. Value for money. Spacious and great for fishing. Dogs allowed which is fantastic and lots of place for them to run and go for walks. Small dogs can fit through the fence though, but a very worthwhile stay and close to home.

Baie lekker gesinshuis en woonstel - baie goed geleë met 'n uitsig op die dam. Goed toegerus, swembad was ongelukkig nie skoon met aankoms nie, in Januarie soek mens dit, eienaar het wel onmiddellik dit uitgesorteer.

Good for the soul.

This place is perfect for a weekend away or a holiday. The facility is spotless. The house has everything you need. It's equipped with all the cutlery etc. you'd require. It's so peaceful, quiet and has the most beautiful view of the Vaal Dam. Would recommend it as 5 stars. Owners are friendly and so helpful. It's a short distance from Johannesburg and Meyerton.

Maloney's Spot is a lovely house and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway.

We absolutely love this house and it is our second time we have been there. The house and pool is in need of some definite maintenance and TLC, which I will email the owners about. But other than that it is a lovely weekend away and we will definitely be back.

Excellent service.

The owner Suzette Maloney is very friendly and understanding. Excellent service. The place is in top condition. From comfortable beds to an all around neat premises. One thing that would make the place even better is if the cottage had an air conditioner.

Very homey feel.

I went with a group of 10 friends, everyone was able to sleep comfortably we had a lovely time. Would definitely come again.

Hierdie plek beveel ek met die grootste vrymoedigheid aan. Die blyplek is van die hoogste gehalte en die atmosfeer rustig.

Great place, awesome ambience and amazing view'

Really enjoyed our stay, plenty space for everyone plus all the children, all beds had electric blankets, so we were nice and warm on the cold evenings. Suzette was extremely friendly and helpful with everything. Fishing was loads of fun and plentiful.

Hierdie is die perfekte plek vir 'n naweek weg van die stad. Sal beslis weer gebruik maak van hierdie plek. Wens ons kon langer bly.

Maloney's Spot is ideaal vir 'n groot groep mense. Daar kan sowat 10 tot 12 mense bly. Die huis is baie netjies en goed toegerus. Dit raak baie koud langs die rivier in die winter en sal genoeg warm klere en beddegoed aanbeveel. Dit is salig en die uitsig op die rivier besonders. Ons sal Maloney's Spot weer besoek in die somer.

Kan nie vir 'n beter plek gevra het.

Maloney's Spot is die beste.

Mees aangename plek en eienaars - huis weg van die huis sonder twyfel.

Hierdie plek was die beste wegbreek, met die eienaars wat uit hulle pad uit gaan om te verseker jou tyd is aangenaam. Sonder twyfel sal ek hierdie hartsplekkie aanbeveel.
