Die ligging mag dalk sommige mense afskrik wat nie die township-lewe gewoond is nie, maar ons het nie een oomblik onveilig of bedreig gevoel nie. The location may scare some people who are not used to township life, but we never felt unsafe or threatened for a moment. The apartment with the double bed we used was spotless and very tidy, 3- to even 4-star style! There are coffee facilities in the room and no stove, but there are kitchen facilities in the main building, as is typical of a backpackers. The owner really went out of his way to serve us and make our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend it to people who are not picky when it comes to location. Especially not when you look out on such a fantastic mountain as in the picture!
