Situated in the centre of Jacobs Bay and just 500 m from the ocean, Manatoka offers guests comfortably furnished self-catering accommodation, privately set up for each unit.

Guests have a choice of 4 modern and tastefully decorated open-plan units with private entrances. Two of the units are located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, each with private braai facilities.

Unit 4 is situated on the first floor and is furnished with a double bed and two single beds, an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children.

Unit 1 is a ground-floor unit and contains a double bed, an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Unit 2 is also on the ground floor and contains a double bed, an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower only, and a fully equipped kitchen. Unit 3 is also a ground-floor unit and contains a double bed, an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchens are equipped with a stove, a microwave, a fridge, tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as complimentary coffee, sugar, tea, and milk. Meals can be enjoyed at a dining table, and guests can relax in the lounge area. Other on-site facilities include Wi-Fi, a TV set up for streaming, and off-street parking. Each unit has solar panels and guests will not be affected by load shedding. The owners live on this big property with their pets but enjoy their own privacy as much as they understand guests will do.

Guests can relax in the communal garden or explore the town on foot to view the variety of birds or blooming flowers between July to September.
