Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R300 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
The jetty can be used and is charged at R120 per weekend.
There is Wi-Fi available.
The refundable breakage deposit is payable upon arrival.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking inside the house is prohibited as there are designated smoking areas.
Extra guests that were not booked for will result in a penalty fee per person per night.
An additional cleaning fee will be charged for stays for more than 10 days.
Please make sure all the windows and doors are locked when you go out. You will be held liable for any damages should you fail to do so.
Please respect the furniture and property. You are not allowed to move the furniture around, except the patio furniture.
Please don’t make the beds that were used, in order for us to identify the linen that must be washed. Place all used towels in the bath.
There is a visitors book for guests to leave reviews, complaints and suggestions.
The property fronts on the water. Please ensure that children are at all times under adult supervision and that they wear swimming/floating aids.
