Description
Mare Vista 8 is a self-catering ground-floor apartment, set in a secure complex surrounded by luscious tropical growth, and within walking distance to the Ramsgate Boulevard.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom has a double bed, and feature en-suite bathroom contains a bath with a hand shower, a toilet and a basin. The second bedroom contains a tri-bunk bed with a double bottom and a single top, that sleeps 3. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and all cutlery and crockery needed for self-catering stay. The lounge holds 2 comfortable sleeper couches and a TV with a DStv connection and DVD player.
The verandah is securely enclosed. A charcoal braai is situated just outside the verandah in the garden area. The apartment offers 1 lockable garage.
The Mare Vista complex offers communal braai facilities and secure parking for a second vehicle or trailer.
The Mare Vista complex is in close proximity to the Ramsgate Blue Flag beach, and Blue Lagoon Restaurant, and is also approximately 600 m from the ever so popular Waffle House.
