Marina point 25 is an exclusive waterfront property with its own jetty in the marina of Port Owen, roughly 145 km from Cape Town and only minutes from the fishing village of Laaiplek.
This 4-bedroom unit is able to accommodate 8 people and has 2 and a half bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms which have a queen-size bed each, while the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each. There are both shower and bath facilities available.
The holiday home also comprises a kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped and features a stove, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. There is also a scullery with a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels as well as Showmax. Limited Wi-Fi is also available. During load shedding an inverter powers the TV and decoder, there is also a UPS for the Wi-Fi and load shedding bulbs in most of the areas. The living area opens up onto a wooden decked patio and jetty, with an enclosed braai area.
There is one covered parking. Also guest parking available outside the complex.
