Marina Village 3346 is a beautiful 5-bedroom beach house, with a private mooring and jetty, set in a fully walled complex located on the edge of the canals in St Francis Bay. It offers 24-hour security, making it a dream destination for families, and children can play outside in the safety of the complex. Marina Village complex has its own private slipway and also Quayside; the newly built restaurant and bar.
Marina Village 3346 is set back from the canal, and is just a 2 minute walk from the slipway and the jetty. This gives privacy and security while offering the same ease of access to the water as the canal homes. It is also just a short walk to several beautiful beaches, is a 5 minute drive from the main shopping centre, and is just around the corner from the Kromme River.
The property offers no expense spared luxury accommodation and has been decorated in the blue and whitewashed hues of a beach house. The house can accommodate up to 10 guests, and an additional 2 to 4 guests on sleeper couches. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and bunk beds. The third bedroom contains a double bed. Upstairs, there are 2 loft rooms, the first loft room contains 4 single beds and is ideal for children, and the second loft room contains twin single beds and a sleeper couch, as well as a TV and a DVD. 2 of the bedrooms are en suite, and there is also a full guest bathroom with a free-standing bath.
The house has a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with a free-standing stove, microwave, washing machine, tumble-dryer, and a dishwasher. There is also a side-by-side fridge and freezer and a chest freezer in the garage .There is an undercover braai and swimming pool in the fully enclosed garden at the rear of the house, and a gas fireplace for those colder evenings. We also provide DStv and a cleaning service on request
