Hi Yolande,

Thanks for the valued feedback as this helps us to improve on our customers experience with us.

I agree that the unit may be slightly dated, but it is clean and nothing in the unit is rotten. The unit was repainted about a year ago, and none of the cupboards are broken, all are in working order and clean.

We have been to the unit this morning, to inspect the items you raised and we did not find any of the taps to be leaking, shower was also working fine, pressure could have been lower during December when you were running off tank water, at times when municipal water was off, but now it is fine. I also checked the curtains and cannot see which ones you refer to as being dirty. The blinds in the 2 bathrooms are worn, so I have got permission from the owner to replace with net curtains. We checked the windows and found one arm to be rusted so we will replace it.
I have also removed some of the old crockery and cutlery and have purchased a few new items, such as tin opener, cutlery tray, vegetable peeler, cutting boards, vegetable knives, mixing bowl and plastic containers.

Close to the beach and Waffle House but the house was not appealing.

The bathroom had a stench that was morbid. The house had an absolutely stuffy smell when we arrived. We requested for the 2 rooms with single beds to be moved together but this was only done in 1 room. There was a dishwasher with no capsules. Quite a few of the window handles/locks were broken. Balcony globe was burnt. Amazing that it was a walk from Waffle House. The pool was clean. House needs attention before letting out.
