Marine Point Port Owen 22 is nestled on the banks of the marina in Port Owen. The 3 storey unit is only minutes from the fishing village of Laaiplek. Access to Marina Point is via a remote controlled gate and secure parking is provided for 1 vehicle.
The ground floor comprises an open-plan living area and a kitchen as well as a guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, freezer-fridge, ice maker, crockery, cutlery, and microwave as well as a scullery with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a dishwasher. The scullery door leads out to a courtyard with a washing line. The lounge has 2 armchairs, comfortable couch and a TV with full DStv channels. The living area leads out onto a patio with a built-in braai area which then extends to a wooden deck with a jetty where a boat can be moored.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a double bed and its own private entrance to a balcony with a view of the marina. The main bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a bath, a double basin, and toilet. The second bedroom contains a double bed that also overlooking the marina. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is also a sharing bathroom on this floor with a shower and bath.
The second floor is the loft room with 2 single beds and a view of the marina.
Guests can enjoy boat cruises on the river, birdwatching, rowing along the canals, swimming at nearby beaches, and yacht cruises in the area.
