Convenient and satisfying stay.

This property was conveniently located to our destination with friendly, helpful staff. Upon arrival, we requested some changes to be made to the beds, which were dealt with in a timely and friendly manner. Housekeeping is excellent, although we did not have a basin to wash the dishes, it was done each morning by the staff. Load shedding was not a problem as we still had light and warm water.

Ek was teleurgesteld met die gastehuis. Die kamers deel beddens en is meer vir groepe geskik as vir enkelreisigers. Daar word geen persoonlike seep of shampoo ens. veskaf nie en daar is nie bedtafeltjies in die kamers nie omdat die beddens te naby aan mekaar staan. Die eienaar sal moet beddens opgee om hierdie diens te veskaf. Ek sal nie weer van die plek gebruik maak nie. Die opsigters was wel baie vriendelik en behulpsaam maar dit is al wat ek goed kan sê.

I was disappointed in the guesthouse. The rooms share beds and is more suited for groups than single travellers. No personal soap or shampoo are provided and there are no bedside tables in the rooms because the beds are too close to each other. The owner would have to give up some beds to provide this service. I would not use this place again. The supervisor was very friendly and helpful but it's the only good thing I have to say.

Ons wil net om verskoning aanbied vir die oorsig, maar ons wil ook net melding maak dat ons wel ingestel is om groepe te akkommodeer. Ons is opreg jammer vir die oorsig.

It was very cold. The heater was mounted on the wall and it did nothing to heat up the room.

Disappointed.

My wife and I were in suite 7 (as they call it). Firstly the toilet window looked out onto the bar area and people sitting in the bar area could hear a person in the toilet. Secondly, the shower is so low and close to the wall with a head that cannot swivel, that a person must be very short to have a decent shower. My sister and her husband were in suite 1, the shower was much better, but, the sliding door had to be lifted for it to be locked. The mechanism was faulty. Lastly - I could not get the Carravelle into the under cover parking as it was too narrow and too low. Both the side mirrors were scraping the sides when trying to enter.
