The house comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin and the spacious second bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin, which is shared by the other 2 bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. It also has a washing machine and dishwasher, ideal for longer stays.

There are 2 living areas that include an indoor braai area and a dining table that seats 8 people. The lounge has a TV with DStv channels for entertainment. There are also 2 sliding doors that lead to a fenced area for children.

Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises in a lock-up garage, as well as ample open parking on the property.
