Perfect apartment in a safe and great location.

A very nice and spacious apartment with all the equipment one might need. Beautiful decorated as well. Great roof terrace, a terrace at the back and a balcony at the front. Own indoor parking. Location is perfect, very close to Cape Quarter for food shopping, shops and restaurants as well as ATM's.
