Mermaid’s Rest is a self-catering double-storey Villa in Pearl Bay, Yzerfontein offering beautiful sea views with Tafelberg and Dassen Island in the background.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms of which 3 are en-suite, 2 living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Please note, the accommodation can take a minimum of 8 guests.

The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area and kitchenette. The 2 sharing bathrooms are fitted each with a bath, a basin and a toilet. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with spa bath, toilet, basin and shower. The living area has a lounge area with a TV and a small kitchenette with a fridge-freezer and microwave.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a second living area. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a spa bath, toilet, basin and shower. The fourth bedroom contains 2 kids beds and en-suite with bath, toilet and basin. The fifth bedroom has 2 single beds and the sixth bedroom has a double bed. The fifth bathroom is sharing and is fitted with bath, toilet, basin and shower. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a kettle, a washing machine and a dishwasher as well as a breakfast nook. In the living area is an 8-seater dining room table, couches and a TV with a DVD-player. Leading out from the living area is a balcony with a built-in braai and outdoor dining set.

There is also a garage, a portable braai and kids jungle-gym on the lawn outside. The property has parking for 4 vehicles.
