Sadly, no queries or complaints that could be dealt with were made so id could be attended to right away. In fact, more guests were added on the spot, for the accommodating host to deal with. Clearly this was a case of mis-expectations as this is dearly not a spa/lodge type experience, but an overnight-stay over space with some outdoor amenities. As to the pool photos with grass-surround, never had that been advertised like that and is reflected as such in the photos. But, we'l be reviewing all, for better exposure
