Nagmerrie en bitter ongemaklik, sal dit beslis nie aanbeveel nie. Foto's is 'n wanvoorstelljng van hoe vuil en verwaarloos di plek is!

Huis was nie skoon nie. Spinnerakke bo kaste, teen vensters, teen die plafonne. Die beddens was vuil onder. Een stel handdoeke en beddegoed is voorsien vir 2 weke. Die plafon in die kombuis was beskadig en vol spinnekoppe wat oral daar ingekom het. Onveilig vir kleinkinders en beslis nie dierevriendelike verblyf nie. Ons het met eienaar probeer praat, maar die eienaar het net ontken dat die plek vuil was, ons het as bewyse foto's aan die webtuiste gestuur. Baie teleurgesteld dat ons ekstfa onkostes moes aangaan om net in 'n skoon netjiese blyplek kon gaan bly vir die res van ons vakansie. Die foto's is 'n wanvoorstelling van die plek. Die groot poel water direk langs slaapkamers is vol paddas en ander goggas en dit was onuitstaanbaar, 'n mens kon glad nie daar slaap nie. Die inrit is erg knap en ongemaklik, die voertuie moes ook in die oop son staan. Geen afdak of motorhuise nie. Die eienaar is onwillig om ons geld terug te betaal selfs nadat bewyse van hoe dit lyk aan die agent by die webtuiste gestuur is. Totaal onaanvaatbaar!

House was not clean. Cobwebs above cupboards, against windows, against ceilings. The beds were dirty underneath. One set of towels and bed linen is provided for 2 weeks. The ceiling in the kitchen was damaged and full of spiders that got in everywhere. Unsafe for grandchildren and definitely not animal friendly accommodation. We tried to talk to owner, but the owner just denied that the place was dirty, we sent photos to the website as evidence. Very disappointed that we had to incur extfa expenses just to be able to stay in a clean and tidy place for the rest of our holiday. The photos are a misrepresentation of the place. The large pool of water directly next to the bedrooms is full of frogs and other bugs and it was unbearable, you couldn't sleep there at all. The entrance is very neat and uncomfortable, the vehicles also had to stand in the open sun. No shed or garages. The owner is unwilling to refund our money even after sending evidence of how it looks to the agent at the website. Totally unacceptable!
