Ons het baie lekker gebly. Dit is 'n baie mooi lodge en ons kamers by die kombuis area het dit lekker ruim gemaak. Die personeel is ongelooflik vriendelik en professioneel. Die ligging van die lodge is ook baie sentraal.

Friendly staff. Good service. Nice breakfast. But the room was disappointing.

The room was noisy. The window was next to a pub. The room had no view.

Pragtige verblyf en wonderlike ligging.

Ek sal beslis weer hier bly. Die suite het die mooiste uitsig gehad en die lodge het aan alles gedink - van aanstekers vir kerse tot Nespresso pods en 'n botteltjie muskadel vir na ete. Die kos by die restaurant was ook fantasties en dit is duidelik 'n baie gewilde eetplek.

My husband and I spent the weekend there for my birthday. Was lovely, thank you.

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable little cottage-style room we had. Staff lovely. Friendly and keen to assist. Food excellent! Will definitely recommend, and stay there again.

Mimosa Lodge is n' baie ou gebou, maar dit word baie goed in stand gehou. Die plek is netjies en skoon. Die diens wat ons van die mense af gekry het, was uit die boonste rakke. Vriendelik en behulpsaam. Die restaurant se kos is baie goed.

Very quiet little town, with not much happening after 9 on a weekend. But, safe, clean and well maintained.

Our space was clean and inviting, very neat and people were friendly and helpful.

I would definitely recommend Mimosa Lodge to anyone, whether you a single traveler or with children. The room was lovely and inviting. Everything was neat and clean. The breakfast served the next morning was quality. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Duurste swak diens wat ons in jare beleef het.

Ons moes seker vooraf besef het dat dit 'n slegte ervaring sou wees aangesien dit die enigste plek in Montagu was wat meer as genoeg beskikbaarheid gehad het nie. Die personeel wat ons ontvang het was vriendelik en behulpsaam en dis die positiefste van ons ervaring. Die enigste aandete beskikbaar is 'n vasgestelde spyskaart teen R450 pp met GEEN keuses vir voorgereg, hoofgereg, ens. Ontbyt word eers 08:00 bedien en indien jy in Montagu is vir besigheid of skedule wat voor 08:00 begin, is ontbyt iets van die verlede. Om dan 07:40 in te stap (na ons dit met inklok gereël het) is die grootste ongerief ooit. Jy word baie vinnig gesê (sonder dat jy gegroet word) dat ontbyt nog nie beskikbaar is nie en die res is net vervelig so swak is dit. Kliëntediens is definitief nie iets wat op hul top 10 lys is nie. Verder is hul ver ver ver ver ver ver duurder as die ander (beter) plekke in Montagu. Die res van ons groep wat in verskeie ander plekke gebly het, het helfte betaal met baie mooier kamers en beter diens.

'n Uitstekende ervaring!

Die aandete was uit die boonste rakke en die verblyf fantasties. Montagu is in elk geval 'n besoek werd wat niemand behoort te mis nie.

'n Goeie bed

Vir meer as R700 p.p. verwag mens 'n lugversorger in die warmste kamer op die perseel asook 'n TV in die kamer. Daar is 'n TV-vetrek vir alle gaste met slegs vier sitplekke. Die kamer is nie skoongemaak nie.

Beautiful lodge in the heart of Montagu. Excellent service from staff that really made they weekend extra special. Rooms are spacious and set in gorgeous gardens. The 4 course meal and wine pairing comes highly recommended.

Pleasant, friendly hospitality topped by delicious food and beautiful tranquility.

The Mimosa Lodge is a lovely lodge to visit for the weekend. It has all the basic amenities one will need for a comfortable, relaxed weekend away with your partner. It is not the most glamorous of establishments, but its simple decor is complimented by the beautiful gardens and quiet location.

Lovely food, but not cheap

Very good appointed rooms, clean and nicely decorated. Dinner price very high, which is a pity, but it was very good.

Excellent location, great service but found dinner was a bit too expensive.

We were very impressed with the accommodation as well as the buffet breakfast.

Mimosa is ideally situated in Montague close to all restaurants and scenery. We were very impressed with the room, breakfast as well as the friendly staff and would certainly go back again. It is very recommendable.

A place to relax and enjoy.

We arrived early the staff were most helpful and friendly.The lodge is well situated and we found a fabulous restaurant right next door where we had a meal.The breakfast was lovely and we would definately recommend Mimosa Lodge as a place to stay whilst exploring the area.

Firstly the rooms are very spacious, romantic and warm. The wooden floors and friendly faces add that extra warmth to the great atmosphere Mimosa Lodge has. We enjoyed the food, the town and the stay very much!

Relaxing - you can enjoy the history of Montagu in cosy settings

I really enjoyed our stay at Mimosa Lodge, the service was great! We had a private room away from everyone, and it was airy, yet cosy. I enjoyed the outside bath, as I have never bathed under the stars. Although it was cold we still made use of it, and it was quite an experience. The people are kind and friendly, and they ensured that the room was nice and warm. The breakfast was 5 stars - thumbs up to all! I would definitely recommend staying at Mimosa lodge. The dinner was a bit expensive so we did not dine at Mimosa. Everything else was great, thank you!
