Modern Art Deco Cottage is a modern art deco, self-catering cottage situated in a secure complex in the popular De Waterkant district of Cape Town. The cottage is ideally located nearby to various business and leisure attractions. De Waterkant Cottage is within close proximity to restaurants, bars, shops, museums, the CTICC, the Artscape Theatre, and many other attractions.
This fully furnished cottage is decorated in an artsy manner and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The bathroom features a bath, a shower, a basin and a toilet.
The well-equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to cook meals. The open-plan living area has comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, and leads out to a courtyard. Secure parking is available for 1 car.
The cottage is in a secure complex with a narrow road leading to the parking, so a small car is strongly recommended.
The apartment boasts a large parking space but a narrow driveway, which is not suitable for vehicles bigger than a small SUV.
