Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
The house is cleaned on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, except on public holidays.
Due to our close proximity to the water, we regret no children under 10 years.
This is a non-smoking house, smoking facilities are available outside.
The house may not be used for functions or parties. Bachelor parties are strictly forbidden.
Groups that book more than one house may not gather together at one house, but should make use of the clubhouse.
Regrettably, no pets are allowed.
No day visitors.
The breakage and disturbance deposit will be refunded within 5 working days of departure.
The breakage deposit will be forfeited if more than 8 guests or children under 6 occupy the house.
