Monomotapa Village, set within the Big 5 Entabeni Conservancy, is a premier bush getaway where you can escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and recharge. An easy 3 hours' drive from Johannesburg, the resort is in one of the most lush and beautiful areas in the country, the Waterberg area.
The accommodation comprises 3 Chalets made up of the Four Bedroom Chalet with Private Pool, Three Bedroom Family Chalet with Patio and a Two Bedroom Family Chalet with Patio.
The Four Bedroom Chalet with a private pool comprises 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom; two bathrooms fitted with a shower and the other two with a bath. The main- and second bedrooms comprise a queen-size bed, and the additional 2 bedrooms are furnished with twin beds each. Other facilities include a fully equipped kitchen featuring a microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, toaster, stove, oven and dishwasher. There is also a TV with selected DStv channels, a separate entertainment area, a lounge, a braai, and a fire pit.
The Two Bedroom Family Chalet with Patio features 2 en-suite bedrooms, of which the main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom with 2 single beds. One bathroom has a bath and the other a shower. The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge that leads onto a verandah with braai facilities.
The Three Bedroom Family Chalet with Patio features 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and bath; the second and third bedrooms have twin beds and share a separate bathroom fitted with a shower. The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, toaster, stove, oven and dishwasher, a dining area and a lounge that leads onto a verandah with braai facilities.
The Waterberg region in Limpopo is an enchanting landscape of largely undiscovered mountain vistas, deep gorges, ancient rock art, clear streams, and rolling savannah, all rich in indigenous plant life, birdlife, and wildlife, including the Big Five.
