Monte Leone Self-catering is a self-catering apartment located on the host’s property, and is nestling on the slopes of Lion's Head in Fresnaye, Sea Point. The spacious apartment is within 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, beaches, and other attractions in the Atlantic Seaboard of Cape Town and is set in the garden of the gracious Victorian home.

The apartment can accommodate 2 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan living area and kitchenette. In the lounge is a narrow spiral staircase leading up to the bedroom, which is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite toilet, plus a sunny, spacious dressing room. Leading off the lounge is the bathroom, fitted with a shower and a guest toilet. The well-equipped kitchenette that contains a bar fridge, a microwave, and a mini-oven with a 2-plate stove.

The adjacent open-plan lounge features a TV with DStv channels. The lounge has sliding doors that open onto a sunny patio, which boasts both gas and wood-charcoal braai facilities overlooking the swimming pool and aviary - wake up to the chirping sounds of birds; the patio, with the swimming pool and braai facilities are for your private use. The pool also has a cover on to prevent evaporation, but easily pulled aside to swim. Swimming is at own risk.

There is plenty of free parking in the street outside the front gate. Guests also have access to the entire garden. The MyCiTi bus is a few minutes walk from the property, and you may use the host’s two MyCiTi cards which you will have to top up with credit to pay for your bus trip.

In addition, the property is located approximately 4.5 km from the renowned V&A Waterfront and 6.5 km from the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway.
