Mooiplaas Guesthouse is a lovely Cape-Dutch style guest house in the heart of the Klein Karoo, and is situated approximately 10 km from Oudtshoorn.
Set in the peaceful countryside, the guest house offers guests a choice of lovely rooms comprising 5 Family Suites, 18 Luxury Double/Twin rooms and the Superior suites for guests looking for a bit more luxury or on honeymoon.
Some of the rooms are furnished with twin beds that can be converted into king-size beds, queen-size or double beds, and each air-conditioned room has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and/or shower. Each of the rooms is equipped with a heater, tea- and coffee-making facilities, TV. The rooms also have private entrances, and secure parking is provided. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can start their day with a full farmhouse or continental breakfast, and end the day with a gourmet dinner. Light meals and tapas menu are available on request at an additional cost.
Mooiplaas Guesthouse offers a 25 meter infinity pool for guests to cool down on hot days, hiking and walking, as well as mountain biking, or take a private tour of the ostrich farm. The guesthouse is situated within 14 km from the Cango Wildlife Ranch, and 40 km from the world-famous Congo Caves.
