When you book a place you must go through the details on the booking site to see what you are booking.

You were surprised our cottage is a park home and not a brick building and that we don't have a full DStv package both of which are detailed in our advertisement and there are photographs.

You did not want to follow simple instructions in voice and on text as well as a map that I sent you on booking in and I tried to explain as well but you kept cutting me off on the phone and not giving me a chance to speak.

So your booking started off on the wrong foot in the beginning.

My brother booked you in as I explained I was out of town.
My son went to see you when you asked about the TV channels but you went out into town and he could not wait as he was going to start work that afternoon.

I liaised with you all the way and you had my telephone details but you blocked me on Whatsapp.

The grounds were cleaned before the easter weekend and there was a storm and a lot of strong winds which brought down leaves and branches. My staff I gave off for the Easter weekend as they deserve a break too.

There are spiders all over town and in any place no matter where in town and we provide doom to spray them.

The quaint cottage is decorated with love and very clean.

The cottage is clean and well looked after. The hostess helped us out by putting out lights and a gas bottle when the power went out. There were plenty of blankets for the cold weather and the kitchen is well equipped. A cost effective and pleasant stay for touring groups or families with teens.

Friendly, well-equipped place.

Very neat and clean wood cottage. Perfect for a single person.

I stayed in Loerie house. It is a small wood cottage and good value for money. The hosts are very friendly and the cottage is well equipped and sparkling clean. I will definitely stay there if I return to Grahamstown.
