Description
The Ground-floor unit has 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, with an additional guest toilet. It can accommodate up to 12 people, and 2 baby cots are available on request. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, while the fourth room has 2 bunk bed sets, this bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. If required, there is one double sleeper couch or 2 extra single beds in living room and all bedding and towels are supplied. The unit has a large open-plan kitchen with built-in cooking island, dining table, and separate utility with all required appliances which include a stove, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and a fridge-freezer combination. There is a large open-plan living area that leads out onto the wooden deck. The living area is furnished with a sitting room suite as well as a modern 3-seater bar and a large flat-screen TV with a selected DStv channels, guests are allowed to bring their own decoder and smart card. The wooden deck has a built-in braai area, outside washbasin with hot and cold water, an outdoor lounge suite and a 12-seater table. There is a double garage on the same level with remote-operated doors and a paved area with enough room for additional parking in front of the garage. Security features include a palisade security fence with remote-operated gate and a modern alarm system with panic function and armed response.
