Neat and by the beach.

Neat and clean but a few points to consider being the cost asked for the unit. No wifi. Open view TV? No shower soap. No coffee/tea/sugar/milk to welcome guests first night. Furniture dates from the 70s. The unit sleeps 9 people but still I question the value proposition.
