Description

Nautica Deluxe is a fully furnished, family-orientated, self-catering unit located on the 3rd floor in a secure building, situated in Strand WC. The apartment can accommodate 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. For your convenience (if needed) the couch in the lounge area folds open to a sleeper couch. The building is located just a few minutes walk from the beach and has secure access control. It is monitored by CCTV cameras.

This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is en-suite (with a shower, basin and toilet) and is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and has a beautiful sea view. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath, basin and toilet. Each bathroom is supplied with a set of towels.

The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, 4-plate stove with oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and other basic kitchen accessories and appliances.

The lounge area has a double sleeper couch suitable for 2 children, a TV for media entertainment, a four-place diner set and 2 armchairs. Please note a full package DStv and Wi-Fi is available. The living area leads out to the balcony with a partial sea view. The building also features an elevator, underground parking for 1 vehicle with access control and a designated braai area. Guests must bring their own braai grid/utensils.

Please note that in the event of load shedding, the building does not have a generator, however, the unit is equipped with LED torch lights.

In addition, the building is located nearby takeaway restaurants, shops, a golf course, public swimming pool, and is near shopping malls. it is approximately 36 km from Cape Town International Airport.

Cash (COA) is not handled on the premises therefore guests who want to check in on the same day as the booking cannot be accommodated.
