Description

Nauticus 2 is a beautifully decorated self-catering apartment in between the trees located in Musgrave, KwaZulu Natal and is situated close to the botanical gardens which host a variety of events and activities in Durban.

This double-storey apartment can accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms. The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed and includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. All linen and bath towels are provided.

The air-conditioned living area features a separate kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a central breakfast table. A washing machine and a dishwasher are available. Leading from the kitchen is an open-plan dining area with a 6-seater dining table and a lounge with comfortable seating and a wall-mounted Smart TV.

This living area opens up onto a wooden deck with an outdoor dining table and a Weber braai which is an ideal spot for a morning coffee or a sundowner under the palm trees. Guests are afforded secure parking in a lock-up garage. The location of this unit is conveniently close to Musgrave Center which offers stores, boutiques, theatres and restaurants.
