The residence has 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs, each with private staircases and en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, while the second bedroom has a double bed with convertible Ottomans and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. An additional downstairs bedroom includes a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Bedrooms are equipped with fans for warm summer nights and electric blankets for colder winter nights.

The downstairs area features an open-plan living area with a lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a double-door fridge freezer, microwave, oven and stove, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and a large kitchen island with bar stools promoting a social kitchen environment.
