Description
Net Net House is a self-catering holiday home located in Witsand, a quaint village situated at the mouth of the Breede River, in the Western Cape. It is known for having the highest concentration of Southern Right Whales on the South African coast, and offers 4 km of white sandy beaches, magnificent Cape fynbos, bird watching and a myriad of water sports, fishing and kite surfing.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with two single beds together and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and has a bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a smart TV. Wi-Fi is available and has a battery backup system for load-shedding hours.
The house has a balcony overlooking the river, a large entertainment area and a games room. There are also two braai areas on the deck that overlook the river.
In the case of load shedding, there is a gas hob and rechargeable lightbulbs.
This house is located in a gated complex and is not suitable for noisy parties, all male fishing groups nor bachelor parties.
