Newlands Homestay offers comfortable overnight accommodation located in the heart of Newlands. This accommodation is ideal for business or leisure travellers.

This property offers guests a choice of 2 cosy units, The Pool Room and The Annex, which can each accommodate 2 guests at a time. The Pool Room is furnished with an extra-length king-size bed, while The Annexe contains 2 extra-length single beds. Each unit has a private entrance and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and wash basin. Linen and bath towels are provided.

Each unit is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Crockery and cutlery are available on request. For guests’ entertainment, a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube is available in each unit. For those wanting to get some work done, free Wi-Fi and a work desk are also available. There is an outdoor table and chairs outside the units, which is ideal for relaxing after a long day.

Every unit has direct access to the shared swimming pool. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property and will be situated close to numerous shops and restaurants.
