House Rules
There is a cleaning service, which cleans the houses daily. This is included in the rate, but if guests wish to, they are welcome to add something extra.
-Each group gets a fair amount of wood. When used up, wood can be supplied at an additional cost. Guests are welcome to bring their own wood as well.
Bedding and towels are provided.
Guests must please bring their own swimming towels. Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation. Guests are required to enquire from the establishment about the condition of the gravel road before booking.
Please note that the Wi-Fi is available at an additional cost.
There is DStv that will be switched on before arrival.
Ngala Kulala will send you a Booking Confirmation when the deposit is paid, as well as our Indemnity Form. Please make sure it is sent back before you arrive.
