No 1 The Moorings is a much-loved self-catering family duplex with its own garden located in the secure Moorings complex in Shakas Rock, Ballito. The property is close to a stunning family friendly beach. It is situated in a superb area and close to shops and amenities.
The duplex is ideal for a family of up to 6 or 2 couples with 2 children and comprises 2 bedrooms both with en suites and an extra room with 2 single beds and a guest toilet, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom is air-conditioned and contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. This room has sliding doors opening to a balcony with outdoor seating and beautiful sea views. The second bedroom is air-conditioned and contains 2 single beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The third sleeping area is downstairs and has a bunk bed with a guest toilet.
The kitchen, dining and living area and guest toilet are located downstairs. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and kettle. The dining area contains a 6 -seater dining table. The lounge area contains comfy couches, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. Wi-Fi is available. The lounge has sliding doors opening to a covered patio with outdoor furniture and a walled garden area.
The Moorings complex offers a gorgeous communal pool, and plenty of parking. Pet friendly on request for up to 2 small breed dogs. A pet fee and deposit will be charged
