Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R700 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Please note there is safe parking for only 1 vehicle.
Unfortunately, students are not allowed.
Guests need to bring their own towels. Day visitors welcome but they can not sleepover in the apartment. No smoking in the apartment. A R700 key- and breakage deposit is payable with the deposit for the booking and refundable by bank transfer within 5 - 7 working days after departure, once the house has been scrutinised and all found in order. No fireworks. Balance due on arrival before arriving at the premises.
Guests need to bring their own dishcloths.
Please note that student bookings and matric rages are not allowed.
No pets allowed.
