Please understand that we are in a quite residential area and in respect of our neighbors we don't allow parties or loud music at all on the premisses. Maximum number of persons on the premises is the number of guests for which the house was booked for and we don't allow additional day or night visitors at all.
We expect our guests to look after the house as we would and to leave it in the same condition they found it. No smoking indoors allowed and please also respect neighbours right to quiet after 10 pm during the week, and 11 pm weekends. No pets allowed.
