Description

Noordhoek Entertainers Dream is a beautiful self-catering family home in the tranquil area of San Michel in Noordhoek.

The house is ideally suited for a family of 5, but can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 guests. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, twin washbasins and a toilet. This room has doors opening to an upstairs balcony. The second and third bedrooms each contain a single bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and washbasin. The fourth bedroom is in separate quarters and contains a queen-size bed, a shower en suite, a flat-screen TV, and its own kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, and kettle.

There is a play room that can be converted to a fifth bedroom on request. The play room offers plenty of entertainment and space for kids, and toys will be left for them to play with. The toys can be removed and replaced with additional beds if required.

The main TV lounge, which is upstairs, contains comfy couches, a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. This room has doors opening to the upstairs balcony. The TV lounge is open-plan to an upstairs dining room which contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. There is also a double sleeper couch in this area.

Down a spiral staircase is a second downstairs dining area, a kitchen, and a braai room, with a flat-screen TV. The braai room features a built-in indoor braai and a bar area. Off the braai room is a bathroom containing a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, fridge, deep freezer, microwave, and a dishwasher.

The downstairs area has stacker doors that open to a stunning deck with an 8-seater dining table and chairs, sun loungers, a gas braai, a hammock, and an additional picnic bench. There is also an outside boma firepit braai with seating. The deck leads to a lovely swimming pool with a net, and a garden with a children’s jungle gym and a trampoline. There is also a small tennis court with a basketball net and rackets for kids to use. Also includes a newly installed putting green and a cricket net with spot lights!

The TVs are linked to DStv and Netflix. A 50MB fibre line available. A nanny or cleaning service can be arranged on request. Pets are welcome.

The property is very secure with 24-hour off-site CCTV monitoring and an alarm system linked to armed response, and motorised security shutters on all upstairs windows and doors.
