Notts Cottage is a luxury self-catering cottage situated on a secure estate in Nottingham Road, KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. This is the perfect accommodation for wedding guests, overnight travellers and holidaymakers.
This spacious cottage can sleep up to 4 guests and comprises two bedrooms and an open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. Both bedrooms are en-suite with a choice of extra-length king or twin beds. The main bedroom's en-suite bathroom has a shower and a bath, while the second bedroom's en-suite bathroom only has a shower.
The large lounge, kitchen and dining area is air-conditioned and have a flat-screen TV with full DStv coverage and a DVD player. A large selection of DVDs, books, magazines and board games are available for rainy days. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering purposes and includes a stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-Fi access is available on request.
The tiled patio features both gas and wood-burning braai facilities and offers the most wonderful view over the farmlands to Giant's Castle and the Drakensberg Mountains.
A lock-up garage is available for guests and you are assured of a safe and comfortable stay.
The landscape is beautiful, with green rolling hills, dotted with fly-fishing dams. Nottingham Road is also in the heart of the Midlands Meander route with its mix of arts and crafts, coffee shops and restaurants.
Nottingham Road is a village easily accessed from the N3 between Johannesburg and Durban, only 20 minutes from the foothills of the Drakensberg.
